When cats groom themselves, they pull their hair with their tough tongues. Do they digest the fur and does it come out when they use the litter box? Or, like owls, do they have a special place to hold the fur, and eventually throw it up in hairballs?

If I go to CT, Iowa, Mass, etc. to get married and then come back to California where I live, will it recognize my gay marriage? Which states that haven’t legalized gay marriage will recognize gay marriages that occured in other states?
I wonder if we’ll be able to file my state and federal taxes as a married
couple?

I got sick and had to take some time out of my uni degree. I’ve been fighting for the past 2 yrs to get myself fit and well so I can start work and also resume my degree. I’ve ended up in a financial mess and cannot see a way out of it. Would it still be possible for me to start back on my degree if I declare myself bankrupt?

Let’s say you check into a hotel and present a valid credit card with Id and stay for one night.
The next morning you leave the hotel at 5am and don’t pay or check out and take a cab to the airport.
When you get to the airport at 5:30am you call your credit card company and tell them you lost your credit card.
What would hotel staff do once you are already gone and they find out that they can’t bill your credit card? Would hotel management try to reach you by mail and by phone?
